Summary: A glaring omission in the listing is the fact that there is no sink in the unit. There is a sink in the laundry room, which is a few feet away through a 2nd door. Same for bathroom. The listing says laundry included, but Host later said it was a 'typo' and rescinded, and then later again offered its use. Internet was offline 3 times at different times of day - Host seems to not understand how a saved network works and accept accountability. There is constant surveillance from cameras in unknown locations - and no notice advising residents. Constant admonishments from Host: leaving lights on can cause fire, leaving vegetables and water out for the adorable bunny visitors (only highlight!) will 'burn the flowers'. In addition, Host can use a lesson on civility and professionalism. The name-calling and tantrums were frequent. Quiet neighbourhood with a bus stop a few minutes away. Walking distance to a Sobeye's supermarket and a few restaurants. There's a decent trail nearby for jogging.

Summary: Sofa bed was very comfortable. The single room was clean, good size, great temperature, private, snacks and drinks were a nice touch. Very hot and humid outside during my stay, so I really appreciate the extra cold bottled water. Host was polite and friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. Great neighbourhood, felt very safe. I would definitely stay again.
